Terramycin 200 (oxytetracycline) for Fish is a broad-spectrum anti-infective with a specially designed formula for fish. It has been proven highly effective in controlling diseases caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms that adversely affect salmonids, catfish and lobsters.
It is approved in the USA for use in catfish for the control of bacterial hemorrhagic septicemia, and pseudomonas disease. It is also approved for use in Salmonids for the control of ulcer disease, furunculosism bacterial hemorrhagic septicemia, and pseudomonas disease; freshwater Salmonids for the control of cold water disease; freshwater-reared Oncorhynchus mykiss for the control of columnaris disease; and treating Pacific Salmon for skeletal marking. In lobster it is used for the control of gaffkemia. The use of this product for these purposes is limited to the approval of a VFD, please contact your local veterinarian to discuss the potential use of this product.
