DEFOAM FG-10 is an easy-to-use, water-dilutable silicone defoamer designed for use in aqueous systems. It is effective in a variety of applications, including high-temperature solutions, high-sugar solutions, and salt brines.
The emulsion contains 10% silicone compound that qualifies under applicable FDA regulations for use in food applications and has also been accepted for use in kosher foods.
