Virkon^® S is a virucidal disinfectant with a wide range of pathogen claims affecting poultry, swine, bovine, equine and companion animals.

An essential component to your biosecurity program, Virkon® S Broad Spectrum Disinfectant cleans and disinfects livestock housing, surfaces, and equipment. It has been proven effective against Viruses*, Bacteria, and Fungi including African Swine Fever Virus^2†, Foot and Mouth Disease Virus (FMD), Avian Influenza Virus, Salmonella enterica , and Campylobacter jejuni.

• Swine: Farrowing Units, Nursery, Finisher Houses, Processing Plants

• Equine: Stables, Box Stalls, Feed Rooms
• Companion Animals: Grooming & Boarding Facilities, Kennels

Directions:

To achieve the appropriate use-diluted Virkon® S concentration, fill container with the volume of water and quantity of product indicated. For a 1% solution, add 1.3 oz. of powder to one gallon of water. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved, then use. Allow 10 minutes for complete dissolution, stirring occasionally as needed. Solutions are stable for 7 days. Solutions should be replaced daily or more frequently if visibly soiled. One gallon of solution will treat approximately 135 square feet.
