The CVMA Annual Awards Ceremony that recognizes the CVMA Members for outstanding Contributions to Veterinary Medicine was held in Toronto last month.

During this ceremony Dr. Jim Brackett was honored with a CVMA Life Membership for an “Exemplary career as a clinician and mentor to aquaculture veterinarians, as a leader in the pharmaceutical environment, and in taking the Canadian veterinary profession into novel areas of practice.”

His award write up can be found on line and also published in the August 2019 edition of the CVJ.

For many years Jim was a key leader of Syndel, and it is wonderful to see Jim recognized by his industry peers for tremendous work and efforts to further the industry and his field. Syndel CEO Chris McReynolds said.

A big congratulations to Jim for your achievements and know your contributions are valued greatly by your colleagues!
